| I purchased a photo upgrade and the screen will not let me upload the photos. What should I do? |
If you purchased the upgrade through PayPal, the approval is not automated and it may take up to 3 business days to be approved. If you purchased an upgrade through the Wells Fargo Payment Portal (credit card or bank transfer), you may need to refresh your screen and/or clear out your cache. IE users go to tools, click on internet options, select delete files. If those 2 options fail, please contact us through the contact us form. Be sure to include your ad id and order number! |

| How do you protect sellers against fraudulent buyers? |
Each seller must be vigilant, but we do have a system in place to check for problem buyers. We do not disclose what this system does because it would be equally beneficial to both the seller and the fraudulent buyer. |

| How do I get my website to show up on my ad? |
You must buy a photo upgrade in order to reference photos and/or websites! |

| Can you refer me to a breeder or help me find the type of dog I am looking for? |
No, we do not recommend breeders or place dogs or puppies for sellers. We are strictly an online advertising site. Transactions are between buyers and sellers. Please use the advanced search feature to narrow down your listings on the search results page. |
